  • A 50% deposit via credit card is required to make a reservation, with the balance due the day of the rental. 
  • Rentals run Rain or Shine and partial refunds are not issued for early returns.
  • All drivers/passengers must wear a life jacket at all times.
  • All riders under the age of 18 require a signed parental consent form to be a passenger. 
  • Operating a paddle board under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal.
  • Renters accept full responsibility and liability for their paddle board during their rental period.  Only renters who have signed CM Backcountry paperwork are legally allowed to drive or ride our machines.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. 

If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your rental date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
