Life Jackets Are Mandatory | Have to be 21 years of age to rent

- A 50% deposit via credit card is required to make a reservation, with the balance due the day of the rental.
- Rentals run Rain or Shine and partial refunds are not issued for early returns.
- Prior to Rental, all Jet Ski Drivers must watch a 3-minute safety video to receive their Idaho PWC Renter’s Acknowledgement of Education IDPR Form Rev 50.14 Card, which must be carried on board whenever the personal watercraft is in use.
- All Drivers and Passengers must come to our office in McCall to do paperwork , get life jackets, and go over safety procedures. We will deliver the watercraft to Payette lake in McCall for you once you are done with our process at the office.
- All Drivers must have a valid Driver’s License.
- You must be at least 21 with a valid drivers license to operate a jet ski.
- All drivers/passengers must wear a life jacket at all times.
- All riders under the age of 18 require a signed parental consent form to be a passenger.
- Operating jet ski’s under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal.
- Renters accept full responsibility and liability for their jet ski’s during their rental period. Only renters who have signed CM Backcountry paperwork are legally allowed to drive or ride our machines.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your rental date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
